Germany shares many traditions with Polandthe Czech Republic in the west and  Austrian and Swiss cuisine in southern regions, like Bavaria and Swabia.
1. Sauerbraten酸味燉肉:Sour braised marinated beef, horse meat or venison in wine vinegar mixture over several days.2. Bratwurst/'brætvɜːst/:德國油煎或蒸香腸 steamed or fried pork sausage. 3. Pickled herring,  cured herring:醃鯡魚 4. Spinach, peas, beans, broccoli and many types of cabbage served as side dishes 5. Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce and potatoes 6. Pommes, Fritten: a common style of fried potatoes 7. Quarkkäulchen德式煎餅: mashed potatoes, quark cheese, eggs and flour, spiced with cinnamon or dotted with raisins.

Sauerkraut(德國酸菜) - a fermented food served with sausages and mustard,crunchy and delightfully sour, perfect for topping a round of beer-braised brats


Bratwurst(德國油煎香腸): German sausage made from veal, beef, pork or three blended. Brät means finely chopped meat, and Wurst means sausage. Brat(en) also means to pan fry or roast.


Leberkaese or Fleischkaese (肉餅)is a Bayern specialty. Leber means liver. If it is pork or beef only, it is  called Fleischkäse or meatloaf. It is also made into a roll accompanied with mustard, or put in a sandwich.

Schnitzel(炸肉排) is breaded and fried meat cutlets, also pan-fried it with onions.

Kassler(醃製肉)a cured and slightly smoked cut of pork similar to British gammon.

蒙古美食

這次在蒙古旅遊,讓我印象最深的就是飲食與文化的結合。第一次走進 蒙古包 (Ger) 用餐時,感覺像進入了另一個世界。木製的裝飾、傳統的掛飾,加上主人熱情的招待,讓人覺得溫暖又特別。 桌上端來的 手抓羊肉 (Boiled Mutton, Хонины мах),雖然調味簡單,但肉質...
