大盘鸡(Big Plate Chicken):雞肉和辣椒a whole chicken (including feet and sometimes the head)
饢坑肉:(tandir kabob)將雞蛋、薑黃、胡椒粉、孜然粉、精鹽和麵粉拌勻成糊塗抹在羊肉塊上,貼入饢坑內壁或用鐵架吊著肉,在囊坑裡烤炙而·成。

烤羊肉串(Lamb Kebabs):lamb meat on a stick with cumin(孜然) and pepper on top
